Bachelors degree in human resources management, Industrial Psychology, or Business Administration (Accounting, Finance etc.) An Honours degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or Business Administration (Accounting, Finance etc.) will be an advantage. Member of the South African Rewards Association (SARA) at least at a level of Reward Specialist. Three reference letters indicating the rendering of services in similar matter. Expertise in salary structure design, job evaluation, and benefits analysis and dealing with outliers / salary anomalies. Familiarity with HR software and payroll systems
