-A COMPULSORY clarification meeting will begin at 09:00, on Monday 2025-03-17, at Ottawa Community Hall, 51 Maharaj Road, Ottawa, Verulam (GPS coordinates: 294014.38S, 310158.48E), after which all tenderers will proceed to the site (GPS coordinates: 294147S, 310413E) for a brief site visit/inspection. The doors to the compulsory clarification meeting will be closed at 09:15 and no tenderers will be allowed to enter the venue thereafter. -All email queries are to be submitted by 2025-03-27.
