If you are so fortunate to have reached the stage where an organ of state or a private sector company wants to come and do a site visit, you must know that you are now in the final straight to winning the tender that you have responded to.

But what must you do to prepare for a site visit?

When Must I Sub-Contract?

There seems to be a lot of confusion amongst entrepreneurs when it comes to tenders and sub-contracting. The Draft Preferential Procurement Regulations, have been gazetted and are currently up for review. However, these Regulations are the major cause for the confusion.
