BELA BELA LOCAL MUNICIPALITY INVITES TENDERS FOR 6 CE OR HIGHER

It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 6CE.

Preferences are offered to tenderers who

1. Bidders must submit a Tax compliance verification pin on a SARS letterhead.
2. In the case of the Joint venture the Tax Compliance Verification Pin of all parties must be attached.
3. A certified copy of a Company Registration Certificate reflecting names and identity numbers of active shareholding must be attached
(except for Sole Traders and Partnerships).
4. A copy of a JV agreement (in case of JV) must be attached.
5. A certified copy of the Municipal Rates & Taxes Account of the Director and the Company not older than 90days must be attached.
The Bidder will be disqualified if any of the attached Municipal Rates and Taxes Accounts are in arrears for more than 90days.
6. All supplementary / compulsory forms contained in the bid document must be completed and signed in full.
7. Bidders must attach three (3) year audited Financial Statements.
8. Bidders must attach Certified or Original BBBEE Verification Certificate, in case of Joint Venture bidders must submit a consolidated
BBBEE Score card.
9. Bidders must attach certified copies of qualifications for key personnel to demonstrate compliance with EPWP requirements for
experience in Labour Intensive Construction methods/ skills.
10. Failure to comply with the above-mentioned conditions may invalidate your Bid
