Repair and refurbishment of Telkom Towers North and Annex Building: Appointment of a Construction Project Management Service Provider.

Compliance with Pre-qualification criteria for Preferential, A tenderer
having stipulated minimum B-BBEE status level of contributor: Level
01 and Level 02 only. Functionality Criteria will be applicable as
follows:Service Provider to demonstrate an understanding of project and
or Engineering=30, Number of Projects currently in and/or completed
during the past 5 years=30,Service Provider to provide proof of work
force, Professional Registered Construction Project Manager and at least
two additional Professional Registered or Candidate Construction Project
Managers and relevant experience to execute the project , with company
organogram and Cv’s=30, The Service provider to submit adequate
financial resources=10 (Refer to clause F.2.1 in page 6 & 7 for score
breakdown of functionality criteria).
