TENDER 12/2020:


The Langeberg Municipality seeks to appoint a service provider who will render Cash-In-Transit (CIT) services to the Municipality for a period of three (3) financial years until 30 June 2023.

The Langeberg Municipality invites tenders from suitable service providers who are in good standing and registered with the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) and have the required competency certificates to render Cash-In-Transit (CIT) services

PLEASE NOTE: The official quotation document must be fully completed in black ink and must Not be dismantled.

Supporting documents must be submitted separately and must be stapled or bound.

Completed tenders in sealed envelopes and clearly marked “TENDER 12/2020: PROVISION OF CASH-IN-TRANSIT SERVICES FOR THE MUNICIPAL CASHIER POINTS INCLUDING MUNICIPAL TRAFFIC DEPARTMENT CASHIERS’AND MUNICIPAL SWIMMING POOL (SEASONAL) FROM 01 JULY 2020 UNTIL 30 JUNE 2023”, must be placed in the Tender box at the Langeberg Municipal Offices, 28 Main Road, Ashton, 6715 by no later than, 12:H00 on Friday the 17th of April 2020, where after the tenders will be opened in public.

Late tenders or tenders received by fax/email or incomplete tenders will not be accepted.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.

Proof of dispatch of a tender will not be regarded as proof of receipt thereof.

Tenders will be evaluated according to the Council’s Supply Chain Management Policy and the 80/20-point system will apply.

The Supply Chain Management Policy can be viewed during normal office hours at the Municipal Offices.
