Tender Description

Dube TradePort Corporation (DTPC) was created as a provincial public entity to develop Dube TradePort.

Dube TradePort Corporation wishes to appoint a panel of construction risk and claims management professionals with the relevant technical, contractual and legal experience to provide support in management of claims by DTPC from the project engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) team and the contractor. The team must consist of the Built Environment specialist, Planners (Schedulers), Legal and Construction claims specialists. The Lead consultant will be a construction claims specialist / Contracts Manager from the Built Environment profession with project management, technical and construction claims experience.

It is a condition of this bid that only EME/QSE companies are eligible to tender for this contract.

Meeting/Briefing Session:DTPC 29 Degrees South, 7 Umsinsi Junction, La Mercy, KZN 01 November 2017, 11:00. A COMPULSORY briefing session for service providers, who have paid for the Bid Documents, will be held at DTPC 290 South, 7 Umsinsi Junction, La Mercy, KZN on the 01st November 2017 at 11:00. Bids obtainable from: Bid documents will only be available from, 23rd October 2017 to 31st October 2017 during the weekdays (Mon – Fri) between 08h30 and 16h00, at the Dube TradePort Corporation offices at 7 Umsinsi Junction, 4th floor, 29˚ South, La Mercy, KwaZulu-Natal. A nonrefundable document fee of R 500.00 (Five hundred Rands only) must be paid via EFT prior to collection of the Bid Documents. No cash will be accepted and proof of payment must be produced on collection of the Bid Documents. Please allow 2 days for funds to reflect in the account. DTPC will only release documents once the payment has been cleared in its bank account.
