Briefing Session

A COMPULSORY TENDER CLARIFICATION MEETING will be held on THURSDAY, 13 DECEMBER 2018 at 11h00 at Farm Mooifontein No. 480, Zastron in Mohokare Local Municipality Zastron under the Xhariep District, Free State Province, (GPS Coordinates: 30°17'20.40"S 27° 4'48.00"E). From Bloemfontein, use the R26, merge into the R726, turn right into Zastron Aans Street, your destination will be on the Left.
Tenderers are encouraged to be in possession of the tender document and be familiar with the contents thereof.

Special Conditions:

It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 7GB.
 
Preferences are offered to tenderers who registered with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) and should have a minimum CIDB Contractor grading of 7 GB or higher
Only tenderers who meet the following Pre-qualification criteria for Preferential Procurement may respond:
(a) An EME or QSE
 
Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (PPPFA), Act no. 5 of 2000 and its associated Regulations of 2017. The 80/20 Preference Point system will be applied where a maximum of Eighty (80) tender adjudication points will be awarded for price and Twenty (20) points will be awarded for preference
